Chance is focused, organized and works extremely well with just about everyone. Chance provides coordination of technical services before your event by helping you with music playlists and deciding exactly what equipment you need. Then, Chance keeps the crowd completely engaged while on stage. Chance is extremely detail-oriented, yet easy-going in conversation. He combines the rare qualities of someone who can manage many tasks at once while at the same time projecting a calm presence.


Isabella DeCunzo   Client Liaison

Isabella provides a valuable link between our clients and technical staff.  Isabella can frequently be seen at our events making sure everything is running smoothly, and providing communications between staff, talent, and client. Isabella specializes in entertaining children during events with games, dancing, and activities that provide a safe and fun environment for children to enjoy the day.

Jason DeCunzo ies, usittTechnical Director, Emcee

Jason brings 25 years of professional theatre and architecture design experience to our team. His specialties include lighting, electrical and sound design for theatre, dance, live musical acts, cinema and live performance venues, with projects from New York City to Maui, Hawaii.

His architectural portfolio includes theatre design and restoration, lighting, electrical, audio, video and acoustic design, and scenic design for theatre, dance and themed environments.

Jason's work has been featured in Montana Magazine, the Robb Report, Sound and Vision, Montana Living and numerous books.
